Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed directly through our website. All prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp containing relevant details.
Shipping & Delivery

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the sacred, energized, and personal nature of our spiritual products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
If you receive an incorrect item, or if the product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 2-4 days of delivery, along with clear proof (such as photos or videos). After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
If a return is required, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the error occurred on our part.
