Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
At Shreeyantra International, we deeply respect the sacred and spiritual nature of our products and are committed to offering authentic, high-quality Shree Yantras, Rudraksha beads, energized malas, gemstones, and other spiritual items with transparency and care.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Please note that customized, specially energized, consecrated, or ritual-activated products cannot be canceled or refunded once processing has begun.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7–14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging
All accompanying items must be included, such as:
Product certificate
Invoice or proof of purchase
Lab or authenticity certificates (if applicable)
Original packaging, tags, and any complimentary items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Customized or energized products
Ritual-activated or consecrated items
Discounted, clearance, or promotional products
Items damaged due to mishandling or improper use

Reason for return or exchange
Clear photos or videos (required for damaged or defective items)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the appropriate return address. We recommend using our authorized courier service for safe transit. If you choose an alternate courier, you are responsible for ensuring the item reaches us securely.
After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it for condition, completeness, and authenticity before approving any refund or exchange.
Refunds
You will be eligible for a full refund if the product is:
Defective
Inauthentic
Incorrectly shipped
A partial refund may be issued if:
Required documents or accessories are missing
The product shows signs of handling or incomplete return
Please note:
Payment gateway and transaction fees are non-refundable
Returns due to customer error or shipping damage may incur a service fee of up to 15%
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
Refund processing time may take up to 30–60 days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for products of equal or higher value.
If the replacement item costs more, the price difference and reshipping charges must be paid before dispatch. Once your returned item is approved, the replacement will be shipped promptly.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or authenticity issue). In special cases, exceptions may be made at our discretion.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please report it within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly. Such cases may involve applicable service or processing fees.
